By visiting the Speakline website or using our AI voice agent services, you fully agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description and Use of Services

Speakline is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing AI voice agents for sales qualification and customer relationship management. You agree to use the services solely in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account.
• You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account.
• You may not use our voice calling infrastructure for illegal calls, fraud, or spam/harassment purposes.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, text, graphics, logos, software, and algorithms related to our voice synthesis models on the site are the exclusive property of Speakline and are protected by copyright laws. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial reuse is strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to circumvent security measures of the platform.
• Crawling or scraping the platform using automated tools (e.g., bots, web scrapers).
• Configuring voice agents with scripts that violate copyrights or present misleading information.

5. Limitation of Liability

Speakline does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speakline shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or special damages (including loss of data or profit). Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Speakline in the past 12 months.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and execution offices of Istanbul, Turkey.
