KVKK Clarification Text

Information regarding our clarification obligation under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

1. Data Controller

Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data will be processed by Speakline (Fowitech Teknoloji A.Ş.) as the data controller within the scope described below.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the fundamental principles stipulated in the Law and within the framework of the data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law:

  • To provide, configure, and maintain our AI voice agent services,
  • To manage and execute client contract processes,
  • To address client requests and improve customer support experiences,
  • To analyze agent performance, train voice models, and ensure infrastructure security,
  • To comply with regulatory and legal requirements.

3. To Whom and For What Purpose Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your personal data may be transferred to our partners, suppliers (e.g., secure hosting providers, telecom infrastructure platforms), legally authorized public authorities, or private entities within the framework of personal data transfer conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK Law.

4. Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected via electronic channels, including website forms, call integrations, emails, and API/CRM integrations. Data processing is based on the legal grounds stated in Article 5 of the KVKK Law:

  • It is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract to which you are a party,
  • It is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject,
  • It is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

5. Your Rights as the Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK Law, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • Request information if your personal data has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Request rectification if your personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
  • Request deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions laid down in Article 7 of the Law,
  • Object to processing conducted exclusively via automated systems which results in an adverse effect on you,
  • Claim compensation for damages suffered due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
